These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on to the site (see date above). You will be asked to read and accept the Terms and Conditions each time you place an order to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.
Please note that different terms, including prices, delivery charges, delivery times and returns policies, may apply to purchases made at our HQ.
Our Contract
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the submit order button.
After you submit an order we will give you an order reference number and details of the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you an email confirming full payment of your order including the costs of delivery. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our order confirmation email will tell you so.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method or suggest that you visit our HQ. Please note that products, prices and offers at our HQ may differ from those featured on this site.
All items delivered by the selling party will remain its property. Until payment in full to the seller for the goods, the goods shall remain the property of the seller. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the risk in the goods and all liability to third parties in respect thereof shall pass to the buyer on dispatch.
Prices and Payment
All prices and charges on this site are in EURO. They exclude VAT and delivery charges. For details see ‘Delivery’ below.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order and the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your shopping cart before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before, but not after, we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable, we may offer you an alternative.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
We accept payment by most major credit, debit cards and payments made by IDEAL. Payment is deducted when we process your order.
Rights to Cancel or Vary
If:-
(a) we are not able to supply any of the goods for genuine reasons beyond our control, for instance, because we did not have the goods in stock, or sufficient goods in stock to meet all our orders, and we are not able to obtain the goods from our suppliers at all or in time to meet the delivery timescales; or
(b) our web site and/or ordering web pages contained any error, including in relation to the description or price of any of the goods; or
(c) if any of the goods are not in stock or insufficient goods are in stock to meet all our orders and cost of acquiring the goods to supply to you is higher than when your order was submitted or the cost of delivery is higher than when your order was submitted,
we shall be entitled to cancel the contract as a whole or in respect of those goods, in which case we will offer you a full refund, and we may also at the same time give you an offer to continue with your order subject to variations, or give an alternative offer, in which case we will identifying any changes to the goods, the price and delivery charges, and delivery timescales, and we will state how long that offer will remain open. These will be your only remedies and claims against us in such circumstances.
Restrictions – Age Requirements and Limits on Orders
If you order a product with a minimum age requirement, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.

Where We Deliver
Delivery can be made to most countries worldwide, however if your country does not appear in the list please contact us and we can try to arrange a delivery option for you.
Delivery Charges
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. These charges are calculated on size and weight of the product once packed ready for despatch and also vary depending on the country to be delivered to. The applicable standard delivery charge is shown on the submit order page.
Costs of delivery will be entirely at the expense of the purchaser.
Parcels sent using the courier service are insured up to € 500.
The actual shipping costs, outside the Netherlands, depend on the country. When you enter your order the right shipment costs will be shown, with the exception of ‘on request’ orders. These additional costs will be send to you in a separate e-mail, which you will be asked to confirm. The full purchase amount and all delivery charges have to be paid before shipping any order.
How We Deliver
We use various postal and courier delivery companies.
Delivery Times
For certain goods we will specify an “expected delivery date” if there is to be a known delay in obtaining the item(s) for you.
In all other cases set out below, delivery times are calculated in working days i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive but excluding Bank Holidays.
Standard Postal and Courier Deliveries
Standard postal and courier deliveries should arrive within 10 working days of placing your order (NL).
If we are sending your product by courier, the delivery window is usually between 9am and 5pm (NL). All deliveries must be signed for.

We and our suppliers own the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.
You may not create any link to this website without our prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.
General
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Dutch Law. You irrevocably agree that Dutch Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with the these terms and conditions and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Dutch Courts. The place of performance shall be the Netherlands.
